Intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a kind of common flow measurement equipment, widely used in industrial automation control and process control field. However, some users find that readings do not accumulate during use, resulting in inaccurate data and affecting the performance of the device.
In fact, the main reasons for the non-accumulation of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter readings are as follows:
1. The pipeline is not straight enough, and there is a large bending or corner part, resulting in unstable liquid flow rate and even countercurrent phenomenon, which makes the electromagnetic flowmeter unable to calculate the liquid flow normally.
2. There are impurities such as air, bubbles or particles in the pipeline, which will disturb the magnetic field and affect the measurement accuracy of the electromagnetic flowmeter when mixed with liquid.
3. The sensor accuracy of the electromagnetic flowmeter is insufficient, or the signal processor is faulty, resulting in unstable readings or calculation errors.
4. The power supply of the electromagnetic flowmeter is unstable, or the signal line is interfered with, resulting in inaccurate readings and even “jump number” phenomenon.
To solve the above problems, we can take some solutions:
1. Optimize the pipeline layout, select a place where the fluid is stable to install the electromagnetic flowmeter, and reserve enough straight pipe sections to make the liquid flow stably before and after the flowmeter.
2. Regularly clean the inside of the pipeline to remove the dirt and air to ensure the purity of the liquid flow, thereby reducing the measurement error.
3. Check whether the sensor and signal processor of the electromagnetic flowmeter are normal. If the fault is found, it needs to be replaced or repaired in time.
4. Test and maintain the power supply and signal line of the electromagnetic flowmeter to avoid interference resulting in reading errors.
In summary, the reasons for the non-accumulation of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter readings may involve pipeline, impurities, equipment, power supply and other factors, which need to be considered comprehensively and actively solved in the actual use process, so as to ensure its effective application in the field of industrial automation.
