Ultrasonic flowmeter not only reasonably and scientifically protects water resources, but also quantifies the paid use of water resources to a great extent, and also protects the interests of both sides with water intake, reducing the cost of enterprise inspection, so that the periodic verification of large-diameter water flowmeter becomes a reality.
Ultrasonic flowmeter is composed of two key components, a transducer and an ultrasonic transducer, which are installed on the measuring pipe. External clamp-type ultrasonic flowmeter is a typical representative of ultrasonic flowmeter, external clamp-type ultrasonic flowmeter should understand the field situation before installation, mainly including the following aspects:
1. How much is the distance between the sensor and the host?
2, pipe life, pipe material, pipe wall thickness and pipe diameter;
3, the type of fluid, whether it contains impurities, bubbles and whether the tube is full;
4, fluid temperature;
5, whether the installation site has interference sources (such as frequency conversion, high voltage cable field, etc.);
6, the host is placed four seasons temperature;
7, the use of power supply voltage is stable;
8, whether the need for remote signals and types.
The correct installation is an important prerequisite for the normal operation of the clamp on ultrasonic flowmeter, which must not be ignored!
