1. UOL open channel flow meter for various flume and weir
This meter could directly measured by the level of liquids. When used in flow measurement for open channel,it needs install flume and weir.The weir could transform the flow into the level of liquid level the open channel.The meter measures the water level in the water weir groove, and then calculates the flow rate according to the water-flow relationship of the corresponding water weir groove in the microprocessor inside the meter. The main weir grooves are Bacher grooves, triangular weir and rectangular weir. When measuring liquid level, ultrasonic echo technology is adopted, and the level gauge is fixed above the water level observation point of the weir. The transmitter plane of the level gauge is aligned vertically with the water surface. Under the control of microcomputer, the ultrasonic level meter transmits and receives ultrasonic waves. According to Hb=CT/2 (C is the sound speed of ultrasonic wave in the air, T is the time of ultrasonic wave in the air), the distance Hb between the ultrasonic level meter and the measured liquid level is calculated, so as to obtain the liquid level height Ha. Finally, the liquid flow is obtained according to the flow calculation formula. Because of non-contact measurement, it can be used in harsh environments. Open channel flow meter is suitable for reservoirs, rivers, water conservancy projects, urban water supply diversion channels, thermal power plant cooling diversion river drainage channels, sewage treatment into and discharge channels, working conditions of enterprise wastewater discharge and water conservancy projects and agricultural irrigation channels.
2. DOF6000 serial Area velocty open channel flowmeter for channel or partially filled pipe
The area velocity flow meter integrates flow velocity and liquid level measurement,it adopts ultrasonic Doppler principle for flow rate measurement. When measuring the liquid level, the sensor is placed at the bottom or near the water area. Through the hydrostatic pressure sensor, the power supply signal cable has the function of ventilation. The atmospheric pressure on the water surface is used as the reference pressure of the hydrostatic pressure sensor to measure the fluid pressure, so as to calculate the height of the liquid level. The area-velocity ultrasonic flowmeter is suitable for measuring in open channels or non-full pipes with diameters greater than 300mm for discharging sewage and waste water, clean streams, drinking water and sea water.
