Different types meter have different advantages .
1 Clamp on ultrasonic flow meter
No need to cut the pipe and interrupt process ;
Clamp on transducers are just clamped on pipe wall, easy to install ;
2.Inline ultrasonic water meter
It can measure the pipe of sparse material , poor acoustic conduction, or serious corrosion, lining and pipeline space gap, but clamp on ultrasonic flow meter cannot work well for these pipes . Inline water meter is higher than clamp on flowmeter, but it needs cut the pipe .
3. Insertion ultrasonic flowmeter
It cannot break the flow, but it needs to drill in water pipe by some drilling tools and the transducers are inserted into the pipe. Its measurement is not affected by pipe material and liner material .To complete the installation, the professional installation workers needed.
