What is the difference between the reading accuracy of the flowmeter and the full scale accuracy?

The reading accuracy of the flowmeter is the maximum allowable value of the relative error of the meter, while the full range accuracy is the maximum allowable value of the reference error of the meter.

For example, the full range of the flowmeter is 100m3/h, when the actual flow is 10 m3/h, if the flowmeter is 1% reading accuracy, the measurement value of the instrument should be in the range of 9.9-10.1m3 /h [10± (10×0.01)]; If the flowmeter is 1% full scale accuracy, the meter display value should be in the range of 9-11 m3/h [10± (100×0.01)].

When the actual flow rate is 100 m3/h, if the flow meter is 1% reading accuracy, the measurement value of the instrument should be in the range of 99-101 m3/h [100± (100×0.01)]; If the flowmeter is 1% full scale accuracy, the meter display value should be in the range of 99-101 m3/h [10± (100×0.01)].
