Sewage flowmeter doesn’t show flow.
1, Common reasons: This kind of failure is more common in the process of use, the reasons are generally: (1) the instrument power supply is not normal; (2) The cable connection is not normal; (3) the flow condition of the medium does not meet the installation requirements; (4) Sensor parts are damaged or lined with an adhesive layer; (5) The converter components are damaged.
2. Solution
(1) Confirm that the power supply has been connected, check whether the output voltage of the power board is normal, or try to replace the entire power board to determine whether it is good or bad.
(2) Check whether the cable is intact and whether the connection is correct.
(3) Check the flow direction of the measured medium and whether the medium in the tube is full. For the sewage flowmeter that can be measured in positive and negative directions, if the direction is inconsistent, it can be measured, but the positive and negative directions of the set display flow must be corrected. If the sensor is too much work, you can also change the arrow direction on the sensor and reset the display instrument symbol. The pipeline is not full of media is mainly caused by the improper installation position of the sensor, and measures should be taken during installation to install in strict accordance with the installation requirements to avoid causing the media in the pipeline to be dissatisfied with the pipe.
(4) Check whether the inner wall electrode of the transmitter is covered with a medium scar layer, and clean up regularly for the measurement medium that is easy to scar.
(5) If it is judged that the fault is caused by the damage of the converter components, the damaged components can be replaced.
