(3) The cause of liquid (such as poor uniformity of liquid conductivity, electrode pollution, etc.).
(4) The terminal box is flooded or the excitation coil is damp, so that the insulation of the excitation coil circuit to the ground is reduced.
2. Solution
(1) The pipeline is not filled with liquid or liquid contains bubbles are process reasons, at this time should request the process personnel to confirm, after the process is normal, the output value can be returned to normal.
(2) There is a trace flow in the pipeline, which is not a sewage flowmeter fault.
(3) If impurities deposit on the inner wall of the measuring tube or scale on the inner wall of the measuring tube, or the electrode is contaminated, there may be zero change, and it must be cleaned at this time; If the zero does not change much, you can also try to reset the zero.
(4) Due to the impact of environmental conditions, water, dust, oil, etc. may enter the terminal box, therefore, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of the electrode part is decreased or damaged, if it does not meet the insulation requirements, it must be cleaned.
