Ultrasonic water flow meter- Liquid measurement application

In common, our ultrasonic flowmeters can be divided into two parts: Doppler ultrasonic flow meter and Transit time ultrasonic flowmeter . Doppler flow meter can be applied to fluid flow measurement of open channel, raw sewage, slurry, liquids with lots of air bubbles,etc . Transit time flow meter can be used to liquid flow measurement of clean liquids like water, treated water, hot water, chilled water,sea water,milk,beer,etc for full of water pipe . The pipe can be carbon steel, stainless steel or PVC material .

Ultrasonis liquid measurement instruments usually be used for water supply factories, sewage treatment plants, mining plants, industrial process production, chemical plants,drinking or beverage factories, food industry, etc .

For the choose of ultrasonic flowmeter,it depends on many factors, such as pipe diameter, fluid type, flow range, liner material,on-site environment,user’s other requirements.

Ultrasonic flowmeters have clamp on and insertion meter . Clamp on meters including wall-mounted, portable, handheld type .

Ultrasonic liquid measurement is easy to install, you just need to choose a good position for measurement and set the parameter into the flowmeter, then mounted the sensors/ transducers on the pipe wall .
