TF1100-EC Clamp on Ultrasonic flowmeter is an instrument of flow measurement that is easy to install. It doesn’t require any damage of the pipe measured. It is ideal for process measurement for many water applications. Clamp on meter is ok to measure the liquid flow that the pipe material is carbon steel, Stainless steel, HDPE, PVC and other.This clamp-on liquid measurement can measure different water quality,including cooling water,little dirty water,sea water,hot water,pure water and beverage,etc. The applied filed have chemical plants,oil industry,food industry,water supply plants,mechanical mining plants and so on.
The transducers of TF110-EC Transit-time clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter is clamped on the outside of the pipe wall,so it is no pressure loss and no need to cut into pipes or interrupt water flow to install it.
For clamp-on flow measurement,we supply wall mounted,portable and handheld type meters. For wall-mounted and portable type meters,the output is optional for RS485 (Modbus RTU),RS232,OCT,Relay,Datalogger,etc.For handheld type meter,it is just optioanl for RS232 and Datalogger output. Don’t choose two types output for RS232 or datalogger at the same time. The datalogger capability can record data and view the flow information by LCD display.
