1. Installation position: Choose the straight line section of the water pipeline as far as possible to avoid bending and deformation to ensure measurement accuracy.
2. Choose the appropriate length of the probe: according to the equipment pressure capacity and flow rate requirements to choose different types and lengths of the probe. At the same time, it is necessary to consider the environmental temperature, the nature of the medium and other factors.
3. Protective cover and positioning sleeve: The corresponding protective cover needs to be selected for the state of water (sewage, water), and the positioning sleeve is used to ensure the stability of the sensor and reduce errors.
4. Fully suspended and supported: In order to reduce the influence of bubbles and particles in the fluid to produce excessive interference signals, it should be suspended below a certain depth without a certain distance of the wall section and have enough space to balance the liquid flow or provide good shear test conditions in the way of three fulcrum, and can not rely on metal containers or structures to cause contact deformation
5. Use suitable sealing materials: These materials must be able to withstand high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and wear, etc., to achieve a good sealing effect.
6. Smooth the surface of the pipeline and ensure air tightness: clean the wall and interior of the pipe before installation to ensure no impurities and dirt, and use rubber products such as sealing rubber strips to decorate the socket.
7. Before the initial measurement, the effect of air bubbles should be eliminated: after running for more than 30 minutes after the self-check device status, the flow rate is stable and the curve does not change, indicating that the exhaust gas can be gradually restored to normal operation.
