At present, the time difference measurement method of ultrasonic flowmeter needs to use high-precision timing chip, the time difference resolution can reach picosecond level, and the cost is high. The echo signal received by ultrasonic wave is susceptible to temperature, water impurities and bubbles and other factors, resulting in an error caused by the uncertainty of the echo arrival time, and the measurement accuracy of small caliber and low area is one of the difficulties in the development of ultrasonic flowmeter, and the temperature factor is the focus of affecting the measurement accuracy of liquid flowmeter.
