1. Check if the on-site environment meet some special requests as below. 1). Long enough straight pipe length ; 2) The medium can be measured by our meters and must be full water pipe ; 3) Less air bubbles and solids in measured fluids of pipe .
2. Check the pipeline parameter is right, whether there is lining and scaling in the pipeline, whether the liquid is measurable , check whether the parameter setting of the host is correct, if there is lining, lining material need to be measurable. For the clamp on sensor, ensure that the wall external of the pipeline is polished clean and the couplant t is applied evenly and fully;
3. Check whether the sensor is correctly installed and installed (install the sensor according to the sensor spacing prompted by the M25 menu). For the plug-in sensor, check whether the sensor is aligned.
4. Check whether the sensor wiring is good, check the M91 menu, observe the time transmission ratio, adjust the sensor installation to make it within the range of 97%-103%;
5. If the time transmission ratio is in the range of 97%-103%, but the S and Q values are still low, it indicates that the pipe diameter is large or the wall thickness is thick. 6. Please replace the sensor installation method with Z method.
7. If the time transfer ratio cannot be adjusted to 97%-103%, or S value and Q value are always 0, and the preceding steps are correct, there may be a problem with the sensor or the host. Remove the sensor and judge by using the methods mentioned above.
