The premise of DF6100 series doppler flow meter’s work is the measured pipe must be full of liquids.
In theory, doppler sensors need to be located the reference mounting positions of 3 and 9 o’clock.
Two transducers called A and B transducer, A is transmitting transducer and B is receiving transducer, they must be installed 180 degree symmetrically in order to have a more accurate measuring.
When doppler flow meter can’t work normally, you need to change the installation location for doppler ultrasonic sensors from 180 degree into 150 degree, 120 degree or 30 degree, but if so, doppler flow meter’s accuracy will be worse and worse.
