1) Confirm that the site environment meets the requirements: sufficient straight pipe section length, full and measurable measuring medium, no large number of bubbles or impurity particles in the pipeline.
2) Ask the customer whether the pipeline parameters are correct, whether there is lining and scaling in the pipeline, whether the measurement medium is selected correctly, check whether the host parameters are set correctly, if there is lining, the lining material can be measured. For the external clamped sensor, ensure that the outer wall of the pipeline is polished and the coupling agent is applied evenly and adequately;
3) Check whether the sensor is installed correctly (Install the sensor according to the sensor spacing indicated in the M25 menu) for the plug-in sensor, check whether the sensor is aligned;
4) Check whether the sensor wiring is good, check the M91 menu, observe the time transmission ratio, and adjust the sensor installation to make it within the range of 97%-103%;
5) If the time transmission ratio is in the range of 97%-103%, but the S value and Q value are still low, indicating that the pipe diameter is large or the wall thickness is thick, please replace the sensor installation method Z;
6) If the time transmission ratio cannot be adjusted to the range of 97%-103%, or the S value and Q value are always 0, and the above steps are correct, there may be a problem with the sensor or the host, remove the sensor and use the method of the above two questions to determine.
