Electromagnetic flowmeter zero instability check process:
1, the use of the valve for a long time or liquid dirt to make the valve closed incomplete cases will often be encountered, especially large valves. Another common reason is that the flow meter has several branches in addition to the main pipe, and the valve of these branches is forgotten or neglected to close.
2, the liquid conductivity changes or is not average, the zero will change at rest, and the output will shake when active. Therefore, the position of the flow meter should be far away from the injection point or the downstream of the pipeline chemical response section, and the flow sensor is better installed in the upstream of these places.
3, because the inner wall surface scaling and electrode pollution level can not be complete and symmetrical, destroyed the initial zero setting of the equilibrium. The treatment measures are to remove the dirt and accumulated scale layer; If the zero change is not large, you can also try to reset the zero.
4, the change in the status of the power equipment near the flow sensor (such as the increase in leakage current) constitutes a change in the ground potential, which will also cause the electromagnetic flowmeter zero change. Sometimes the environmental conditions are better, and the electromagnetic flowmeter can work normally without grounding, but once the good environment does not exist, the instrument problem will appear.
5. Check the flow chart. Reduced insulation of the signal loop will result in zero instability. The main reason for the insulation fall of the signal circuit is caused by the reduction of the insulation of the electrode part, the sealing of the wire connection is not strict, and the moisture acid fog or powder dust intrudes into the instrument junction box or the cable maintenance layer, so that the insulation is reduced.
