Two, principle composition and characteristics
1. Principle composition
The meter is used to measure the heat released or absorbed by the heat exchange system with water as the medium, which can be used for heating and heating systems and air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The product is mainly composed of a paired temperature sensor, a flow sensor and a calculation part. The paired temperature sensor measures the temperature of inlet and return water, and the flow sensor measures the volume of hot water through the pipe. These two data are collected and sent to the integral calculation, which calculates the cold and heat used and displays it.
2. Design and functional features

● Transducer: As the main signal generating component in the ultrasonic heat meter, the imported piezoelectric ceramic sheet is used, with stable performance and good consistency, which is one of the factors for the ultrasonic heat meter to achieve high-precision measurement.
● Temperature sensor: PT1000 high-precision platinum resistor, and equipped with precision measurement circuit, to ensure high-precision temperature measurement.
● Integration calculation module: NEC integrated circuit imported from Japan, the module has the characteristics of multi-function, micro-power consumption, large storage space, fast speed, optimize the software and hardware design, to ensure the computer long life, low power consumption and stable operation, and has a strong anti-electromagnetic force.
● Self-diagnosis function: In the stable operation of the ultrasonic heat meter, if there is abnormal signal communication, insufficient battery power or artificial damage, the system will display the corresponding code, in the upper right corner of the screen will display “fault” “indicates insufficient power, the system and automatically save the data, waiting for troubleshooting after recovery.
