1. Power supply. All kinds of DC power supplies used in the system (such as the input end of +5V) are connected to an electrolytic capacitor of 10~-100μF and a ceramic filter capacitor of 0.01~0.1μF to suppress power peak interference, and the transceiver circuit is powered by two sets of isolated power supplies.
2. Receiving range gate. The receiving range door of the ultrasonic flowmeter can prevent the interference caused by the transmitted signal and the switching action to the received signal.
3. Automatic gain technology. Automatic gain technology not only makes the signal easy to measure, but also can effectively suppress the noise interference.
4. Reasonable wiring technology. The analog signal line and the digital signal line are relatively separated, and the public ground line and the power line are widened as far as possible when the signal line and the power line are wired separately, and they are as close as possible to the circuit that needs to be powered. Reduce the length of the power line and ground line to reduce the common impedance between them and reduce the generation of coupling interference; In the wiring process, avoid repeating area of the loop to reduce mutual induction.
5. Grounding technology. Digital and analog separately, they are connected at the point, the two probes each use an independent ground wire, reduce ground interference coupling, the meter and probe housing ground.
6. Shielding technology. Ultrasonic flowmeters use shielding technology to isolate electromagnetic interference through space coupling, and the measure is to encapsulate the measurement circuit with a metal housing.
