Lanry TF1100 serial Transit-time ultrasonic flow meter can measure the fluid velocity within a closed conduit. It includes TF1100-EC clamp on fixed type flowmeter,TF1100-EI insertion fixed flowmeter,TF1100-CH handheld flowmeter and TF1100-EP portable ultrasonic flow meter. The sensors are a non-contact type which will provide benefits of non-fouling operation and installation easily. Clamp on flow transducers are clamped on the outside of closed pipe using V method,W method or Z method. The position of installation depends on pipe and fluid characteristics.This type flow meter operates by alternately transmitting and receiving a frequency modulated burst of sound energy between the two transducers and measuring the transit time that it takes for sound to travel between the two transducers. The difference in the transit time measured is directly and exactly related to the velocity of the liquid in the pipe. TF1100 serial full water pipe liquid flow measurement can be used for metallic, plastic and rubber pipes.

The DF6100 serial ultrasonic Doppler flowmeters measure the flow of liquids that contains some suspended solids/paticles, or air bubbles larger than 100 microns. There are TF1100-EC clamp on wall-mounted Doppler flowmeter,TF1100-EI insertion wall-mounted Doppler flow meter,TF1100-EH handheld Doppler flowmeter (this type mete had out of stocking ) and TF1100-EP portable Doppler technical flow meter. Those meters are ok to measure 40mm-4000mm full water pipe.The output is optional for 4-20mA,OCT or Relay output; Power supply is AC or DC optional. Doppler wastewater flowmeter can measure very dirty liquids,such as sludge,slurry,ground water,wastewater,mining slurry and so on.
For clamp-on flow sensor is non-intrusive transducer is recommended for most metal or plastic pipes;
For insertion flow sensor is used for piping systems that don’t permit ultrasonic penetration, inserts into the pipe-wall and comes into contact directly with the dirty liquid.
