What problems should be paid attention to during the installation of high temperature medium?

As for as our ultrasonic flow meters are concerned, 

Clamp-on / external clamp transducers can measure the upper limit of liquid temperature that is 250℃

Insertion transducers can measure the upper limit of liquid temperature that is 160℃

In the process of installing the clamp on sensors, pls notice below points :

1) Wear high temperature protective gloves, and do not touch the pipe measured ;

2) Use high temperature couplant ;

3) The sensor cable needs to be a special high temperature cable, and when wiring, the cable needs to be away from the pipeline;

4) For general pipe used for transmitting high-temperature mediums, it exists outer insulation layer and when installing the sensors, the insulation layer need to be removed ;

5) If insertion probes, when opening the hole, user need to do good seal preparation, and wrapping the raw material belt, do protective arrangemenet, pls note that do not stand in the direction of the spray liquid .
